MBG Tools Group Summary Report
The Group Summary Report allows the user to see a one page summary of trees per acre, basal area, the quadratic mean diameter, stand density index, gross and net merchantable cubic feet per acre, gross and net board feet per acre, and total gross and net MBF, grouped by one of 4 possible group categories. The four group categories that the user can decide from are stand, species, component code, and user defined dbh classes. The user can also change the acres used for volume calculations to either gross acres, net acres, user acres or legal acres. Lastly, a minimum diameter can be set so that only specific sized trees are used in the report.
